DEL PRADO PLACE
(DANA POINT, CA)
Timing: 2022 – Present

Description: Vacant property located on Del Prado Avenue in the heart of the Lantern District in Dana Point. Project includes 18 for-sale luxury condos and ±5.2K SF of retail space fronting on Del Prado.

Status: In pre-development. Construction expected to commence in 3Q 2023.
801 Pearl Street
(La Jolla, CA)
Timing: 2020 – Present

Description: Well-located redevelopment opportunity near the Village of La Jolla consisting of 26 multi-family homes and ±3.5K SF of retail space on a high-traffic street.

Status: In construction. Completion expected in Q 2023.
ShoreHouse
(Huntington Beach, CA)
Timing: 2020 – Present

Description: Vacant property located in Downtown Huntington Beach on Main Street, ½-mile from the ocean. Project includes 20 for-sale luxury condos and ±4.6K SF of retail space on Main Street.

Description: Upscale condominium project near the famous Windansea beach with partial ocean views.

Status: In pre-development. Construction expected to commence in 4Q 2023.
VIBE
(Palm Springs, CA)
Timing: 2014 – 2017

Description: 24-acre project, entitled for 163 for-sale residential units, segmented into two product lines: small lot detached and clustered homes.
​
Status: Successfully entitled and sold to two different homebuilders. Project is currently being built with product priced from mid $500K to $1M.
The Farm @ Carpinteria
(Carpinteria, CA)
Timing: 2013 – Present

Description: 28-acre undeveloped property located along the coast. Proposed development includes hotel and multi-family uses.

Status: Project sold to a hotel developer.
Armstrong Road
(Jurupa Valley, CA)
Timing: 2013 – 2015

Description: Assemblage of 24 contiguous acres, which were entitled for 85 single family home lots.

Status: Successfully Entitled and sold to a national home builder. Project is built and sold out.
