Jerzy JP Secousse

PRESIDENT

Jerzy “JP” Secousse has over 20 years of experience across the residential and commercial real estate industries.  Leveraging his extensive experience in acquisitions, entitlements, development, and strategic planning, JP leads C3’s mixed-use residential development efforts.  Throughout his career, JP has held leadership positions with Armada Real Estate Group, Summit Land Partners and Irvine Company.  He has also advised and worked with best in class master developers, public and large private home builders, and multiple institutional and private equity funds.

Lauren C Secousse

DESIGNER

Lauren leads the design aesthetic for C3 and brings many years of experience in residential design.  She formally trained at the Interior Design Institute in Newport Beach.  Her experience includes residential design clients in both Florida and California.  A previous successful career in software design at Island Pacific and SVI Solutions has allowed Lauren to combine the organization and discipline of working in the tech industry with the creativity of interior design.

Robin Koenemann

VICE PRESIDENT, OPERATIONS

Robin Koenemann has over 38 years of experience with top brand homebuilding companies and has been directly involved in the construction of over 12,050 homes throughout California, Colorado, and Florida with over 7,000 of those homes being both attached and detached luxury homes in southern California.  He currently maintains a California State Contractor’s License “B”. Before entering the homebuilding industry, Robin served in the U.S. Navy.  Robin has been an active volunteer in his community with involvement with AYSO, Boy Scouts of Orange County, Home Aid of Orange County, and the Interval House.

Rhonda Neely

VICE PRESIDENT, DEVELOPMENT

Rhonda Neely has over 40 years of home building and land development experience in California, successfully entitling nearly 10,000 homes throughout Northern and Southern California.  She is highly experienced in directing teams toward the resolution of difficult entitlement and redevelopment issues.  In addition to an environmentally sensitive approach to planning, Rhonda brings both earnest advocacy and balanced objectivity to her projects and to C3 Development's overall program.  Rhonda has previously held management positions with Summit Land Partners, Catellus Residential Group, Greystone Homes, John Laing Homes and Donald Bren Company.  She holds a California Broker's License.
